Start-up Company is any young company with less than 100 employees that has yet to commercially launch their product to market. These companies are generally looking to raise money from investors to develop their product/s.

Substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing to IBF. A full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued if the request is received in writing before November 21, 2012. No refunds will be granted after that date.
